The job of school district superintendent is one of the most important in a community. A school district’s leader is ultimately responsible for raising student achievement and ensuring that all students are taught the skills and knowledge they need to become productive citizens.

Government leaders possess an understanding of the integrated effort that is required to ensure every student is successful in school. It requires leadership to bring together stakeholders and move forward with a strategy that is best for all students. The Academy teaches participants how to leverage these skills to make the greatest impact for students, the district and the community.
